Easily the worst dental office I have ever encountered. Several weeks ago I had to cancel an appointment because I was sick with Covid. I was told that they were going to charge $30.00 for cancelling. Ridiculous I rescheduled for two weeks latter. The day before the appointment the office called to confirm the appointment. I have been coming to this office for years, and it’s only ever gone down hill. They have lied about treatment being covered by insurance just to charge you after the appointment, and will not see you for any emergency appointments. It’s become very corporate-oriented, with numbers taking priority over patients. They also canceled my appointment day of, didn’t offer to reschedule, and didn’t have any openings for MONTHS. Dr. Matt and his team were phenomenal. I was super nervous and he knew it. Dr. Matt was patient and so kind with me. Oh, I cant forget the receptionists. Very professional and so nice. I drove an hour and I would do it again. Cudos to Smiles on Randall
I think I speak for everyone when I say that no one likes to go to the dentist… however; I actually kind of enjoy going to see “my friends” (don’t laugh! Haha) in all seriousness, every time I walk into Smiles, the girls are always smiling and I’m always greeted with the warmest welcome.
