Very disappointed in the billing department. They sent me a bill a year and a half after they got paid for services. Then I call and it takes 2 weeks for not the billing person to call me but the receptionist who tells me it was my copay and she didn't understood why I was just getting it. Then tells me it will go to collections. I said go ahead. I will let everyone know about your bad business practices!

I had an extremely disappointing first experience at this dental office. During my initial visit on May 20th, a technician in training improperly took my x-rays, requiring me to return for a second appointment the same week. I was told I needed a deep cleaning and a tooth extraction, but received no clear instructions on next steps or scheduling. Wonderful person, Shelby was very kind and patient. Even when my mom Helen Gonzalez went last month. We love going to smile at Randall. Very wonderful people
Very professional, personable and well trained staff. I have had cleaning and cosmetic dentistry done recently and they have a consistent approach to detail and show they care. I would highly recommend them to anyone especially if they’ve had a fear of a dentist before. Their pricing is average and reasonable. They are located on Randell Rd in front of Woodmans.
