Came in for a crown when I got here I was in shock as no one told me what to expect when I was here last time. Honestly I probably would not done it if I knew ahead of time impressions where going to be done. I have been a patient at Smiles on Randall since shortly after they opened in the mid-2000s. I have personally experienced excellent care for almost 15 years. The team always greets me by name and makes me feel genuinely welcome. The office is clean, comfortable, and well-run. Appointment reminders are timely and helpful—sent by text or email—and even include co-payment details in advance, which I really appreciate. I have been taking my kids here for years and have had a great experience! Sad to hear Dr Sunny is no longer there, so DR Kaur saw them today. She’s was great, took her time to explain the concerns and not pushy at all. Will definitely keep coming to see her. Of course I cannot forget to mention assistant Kevin! He is consistently amazing! Kevin never disappoints! He cares and goes above and beyond, today even follow up on my other kids, completing school forms and all! Thank you for all you do!
Thank you for being amazing to all my four children. Everyone made them feel special and comfortable. They left so happy!! Also, a super huge THANK YOU to Brielle for going over and beyond to help us get all the appointments done and get information needed to make the process easier. I highly recommend SMILES on Randall.
On June 24th 2025 I had an appointment today at 10:30 for a teeth cleaning and they're running 15 minutes behind schedule so far and I did not even tell me they're running behind. I use transportation company to get back and forth to places so it's like I have to go home a certain time I can't be running late. The normally on time today they are running late very disappointed. The hydrangeas was great
