I was extremely nervous when I booked in. Like a lot of people the thought of my teeth and the pain made me quite uneasy. As soon as I got in I was put at ease. The friendly lady at reception acknowledged me nerves and had a brief chat and put me at ease. Once I walked in it was very calming and the staff were amazing. Honestly the best dentist I have ever been to. Mark is absolutely brilliant, super friendly and informative when explaining what is needed.
I was very impressed by this practice and the dentist went above and beyond, they give you freebies and the best thing was Medibank covered the whole thing! :)
