Very professional, friendly and patient staff. They were able to process my information very quickly and see me the same day. Dr. Oktaei is amazing.
Everyone here have been extremely helpful. Every receptionist is warm and welcoming, contantly updating me on my appointments as well was offering me sooner dates or later dates based on unexpected circumstances. I have been with mutiple dentists at this location, for different dental operations and each one has been friendly and provided me with advice to further help on my teeth in the future.
I had my cleaning done today with Nina at Smiles at Don Mills Dental Clinic, and I’m extremely happy with the service. Nina was so caring, gentle, and professional throughout the whole appointment. Dr. Nasim was also amazing and made me feel very comfortable and well taken care of. The whole team truly cares about their patients and provides excellent service. I highly recommend Smiles at Don Mills Dental Clinic to anyone looking for a caring and professional dental office!
I’ve been coming to this dentist office for over 10 years and the staff is so amazing especially the front desk including Cindy! They always book you for your next appointments and are very proactive with appointments and services. The dental hygienists are all so nice and very knowledgeable. This service I had Demetria and it was such a good time. Would recommend this clinic to everyone!
