Something is wrong with their billing system. I supposedly have a claim going through my insurance from this company from two years ago. They also sent me a bill/statement that claims its 90 days overdue which was for service back in November and they just sent me the bill in May, so I call and ask and they say "yes don't worry that's not actually being applied just trust us and pay the amount", like how do I know you are charging me correctly?
