Horrible place. Katelyn is a horrible officer manager. When I scheduled the appointment never once did they explain to me the check in procedure, so I missed the confirmation text because I was working. I arrived 20 minutes prior to my appointment to be told they cancelled it. Not professional or compassionate at all
