I was very disappointed, I went in to see if I had a Gum infection, 2 hours later, yes 2 hours later I was able to leave! They were very slow and definitely not in a rush to see me!! I don’t have that kind of time, and you probably don’t either to spend 2 hours to get something done that should have taken 45 minutes Max, that includes new patient paperwork!!! I will not Return!!!?👎

I recently received a bill from a service from 2024 and they stated my insurance company sent me the payment in 2025. After calling insurance they confirmed the payment was sent to the office in 2024 and no payment to me. When I told the office this they did state they would do a one time “courtesy” write off. They were already paid so not sure how this is a write off. Issue is taken care of so that’s great but this is the 2nd billing issue (last one I just paid but shouldn’t have). It used to be that this office did a great job, and we liked them. But over the past couple of years, I'm not sure what is going on. Lots of new staff, different dentists, big decline in service. In December 2025, we needed X-rays sent to the oral surgeon, so we called several times. Nothing but answering machines and zero responses back. We stopped by the office to request them, and they sent the wrong X-rays. Both the oral surgeon and I tried numerous times to reach the office to get the X-rays.
