Very clean office and friendly staff. Theresa the hygienist is very good at her job. Up until recently, I have frequented the dentist office to stay up to date and Theresa performed the most pain free and easy cleaning. Thank you Smiles On Citrus.

I called as a new patient with an issue. Kara was able to book an appointment and then called back to get me in the next day. The office staff was awesome. Taylor took my x-rays and Megan got things started. Dr. Lee very quickly determined the issue, set up a care plan and mapped out a long term treatment plan. Meghan explained everything to me an additional time and then billing went over the cost plan prior to me leaving and provided a printout of future work & projected costs. Dr. Lee is a terrible dentist in my opinion and let me suffer with a seriously loose implant for several months, and I was an established patient. She knew about a loose implant that I had for almost 2 years that I needed tightened that would have been covered with my insurance &/ self pay but was reluctant to fix. I had some other problems and instead of helping me, she sent a letter the same day of my visit telling me to "find another dentist" and that she "was unable to provide dental care" during a very vulnerable time. ... read more
