I had a very disappointing experience. Last week, I scheduled an appointment for a dental cleaning and wisdom tooth extraction. I explained to the receptionist that I was driving 1 hour and 30 minutes from Milwaukee, so I asked her to please make sure everything was scheduled correctly. She assured me that I was all set. All of the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable! They took the time with me to discuss the treatment plan and made me feel comfortable as I am very anxious at the Dentist. I am so glad I chose this place for my dental procedures. I would highly recommend!
Do not seek dental care here, they change their policies with no notice to the customers. My daughter had an apt schedule and since I forgot to confirm they gave away her appointment after trying to only confirm the day before. I have been going here for years and this had never been a policy. I asked for something in writing in there policies or something I would have signed.
