Smiles of Wilmington is the best dentist office I've been to. The standard of service here is outstanding, from knowing you as soon as you walk in to making sure you understand your treatment plan. Dr. Rautio is friendly, understanding, and professional- keeping treatment efficient while still facilitating your patient/practice relationship. I honestly didn’t realize how different dentists could be until I went to Smiles of Wilmington. From the office staff being friendly and welcoming, to the hygienists actually taking time to talk through ways to keep your mouth healthy, to Dr. Rautio herself being a true professional and a legitimate artist in her trade.
