Do Not Recommend this Office. Front Desk Receptionist was Rude. Lack Of Professionalism. From Staff.
The receptionist hung up on me while I was trying to make my new patient appointment. I asked “what do you mean” about a complicated term and she became rude. I’m disappointed, but not surprised.This falls in line with the bad reputation their office holds.

Dr Andrea Rodriguez is amazing. The front staff always seems to be too busy and rushed and can sometimes be rude. The back techs are amazing and make me feel comfortable. Haven’t had such a caring dentist in my life. Environment is clean. They are thorough and Dr Rodriguez actually cares about her patients. Never a long wait time. Sanitized and they know what they’re doing. Insurance seems to be on key with front staff. I know dealing with insurance is a hassle so maybe this is why they aren’t always the happiest.
