Dr. Mehta was wonderful and very pleasant. Even the dental tech Emma was very pleasant and accommodating. They really helped my grandmother relax and made her as comfortable as possible. They didn’t rush anything and took their time explaining everything in great detail. The service was 10/10. Highly recommend Dr. Mehta and her team!
Took my father to Smiles of Northlake and had a great experience. Dr. Mansi Mehta was professional and kind, and her assistant Emma was incredibly helpful and caring. They made sure my father was comfortable throughout the visit. Highly recommend!
I am writing this review on behalf of my mother Ms. Funches. She was VERY PLEASED with the love and care she received for Dr. Menta’s office. From the receptionist through the aftercare all the staff was a joy to work with and made my mom feel like family. Coming to see a dentist has been extremely hard for her due some very heavy life changes for our family. This office has given her a unforgettable experience and I am forever grateful for this experience.
Phenomenal and compassionate patient care. Had to be seen urgently. Office has friendly & enthusiastic staff. Dr Mehta accommodated an emergency visit for my elderly dad. Compassionate staff was empathetic about my dad’s dementia, and it was easy to trust his care, to Dr Mehta and her staff. My dad was being seen for the first time, but registration was easy.
