Office is outdated. I have extreme dental anxiety as many do and when I was choking during a cleaning and raised my left hand as requested the dr spoke to me like a child and said no, I need to finish. She passive aggressively asked if I “am able to floss” and overall shamed me for the status of my teeth. When I called within the 24hr policy to reschedule my daughters cleaning the man said “oh we will let it go this time” referring to the $25 cancellation fee (which i have happily paid in the past) to which I responded “ther... read more
Loved this dentist. The whole team was always considerate and kind. Always willing to take the extra time to explain billing and took extra care when doing a filling when I was having sensitivity issues
