couldn't recommend Dr. Eva Chen more highly! Always have such a pleasant experience & she also answers all questions / addresses all concerns very clearly
Dr. Mann did not do an actual exam of my teeth or answer any questions I had during my visit. Even if he did, he is committing insurance fraud against my partner for quarterly orthodontic work she has never had, on dates from before she even was a client there for a singular regular teeth cleaning, I do not recommend people go there.
Smile Arts of NY is scamming and trying to commit insurance fraud. I went in during the month of May for a regular cleaning covered by insurance, and Smile Arts of NY billed me for months of routine orthodontic work starting before I ever even stepped foot in their building. I called my insurance provider after receiving the bill and they are now in the process of investigating them for insurance fraud. Current patient and considering switching practices as reception is rude, condescending and had to be transferred to a supervisor just to get a request made to have them provide an insurance estimate/verification/coverage percentage PRIOR to date of service. We have a cleaning scheduled and want a wisdom tooth consultation and estimate. They said fine, plenty of availability on the schedule.
