Had a great experience today at this office.Everyone was so caring and compassionate.
I don't want to explain everything. I'm very disappointed.
My husband had his teeth pulled in 2023 and had implanted dentures put in. Since then they have broken at least 4 times while eating food that shouldn't make teeth break like ice cream or noodles. Once just for snapping them in. I would NOT recommend!! The only reason they even deserve the one star is because the staff is very friendly when they tell you that they have no clue why the teeth that you've paid over $20k for keep breaking and that it's never happened before. Yeah ok.
My wife and I are beyond pleased with this office. Everyone from the reception to end have been very friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is one of comfort and respect. They way the team works together is amazing. Everyone explains what they are doing and make certain I am comfortable. Never had this amount of care, compassion and professionalizm. Will never go anywhere else!
