Got a few fillings here a couple of years ago. Nearly all of them have issues now. Two have holes and one has overhangs. I’m extremely disappointed.
My family and I have been going to Smiles Forever Dental and we’ve always had great experiences. I’m on Medicaid and have never felt treated differently — the care is always respectful and thorough. The doctor is amazing: super friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely funny, which makes going to the dentist so much easier. The office is clean, welcoming, and the staff is always kind and helpful. It’s not easy to find a dental office like this, especially one that takes Medicaid. Highly recommend!
Just started going to this dental office and had a really good first experience. Everything was quick and organized, and the staff was super friendly and helpful the whole time. They made the visit easy and comfortable, which I really appreciated. Definitely glad I chose this place.
Every visit with Dr. D. is a truly positive experience. Completely pain-free, incredibly attentive, and always professional. Dr. D. has a perfect bedside manner, a wonderful personality, and makes you feel comfortable and cared for from start to finish. Hands down the best dental experience I’ve had
Called to make an appointment. When I said I have Healthfirst Medicaid/DentaQuest, I was told they don't accept it. I pointed out that it's literally listed on their website as accepted insurance. Then suddenly the story changed to 'we're not accepting new patients with this insurance until summer.' So which is it? Sounds like they just don't want Medicaid patients but keep it listed on the site anyway. Don't waste your time if you have Medicaid, they'll find an excuse to turn you away.
