I’m responding back to what you had wrote to my mother, this is a complete lie. it was only one time that we called you back in march because my insurance was being switched over, I got voicemails myself from you confirming the date of April 13 I never got nasty with any of your staff. It was the absolute opposite your staff was extremely rude and unprofessional they even hung up on me the last time I had spoken to them and had even agreed that someone had changed the date, but yet no apology or outcome from it. Absolutely do not go to this place. I tried to make an appointment here and they canceled my original appointment and made it for a later date after I’ve been calling them a few days prior to try to switch it to an earlier date but instead they made it later and then when I called them, they didn’t know who switched it and they were nasty with me from the beginning. Do not go to this place. They’re incompetent and take no accountability.
