I have been trying for over a week to get my son’s dental records from May 24, 2025 for his pre-K enrollment deadline on August 18. I have called more than 20 times, sent two emails, and even had messages “escalated” to the manager—not one person has returned my call or email. Girl at front desk is rude, they tried to reschedule my appointment 20 minutes before scheduled appointment. Save your time
They call you to confirm appointment and when you call them back 10 mins later they give your appointment to someone else and make you reschedule. I’m not going back.
We signed a contract for my son’s orthodontic treatment around March and were scheduled for an appointment on April 17. Unfortunately, we missed that appointment — it was my fault for forgetting, but I had specifically asked the clinic to send a reminder call or message. We never received any.
