First time in the office and it was great! Easy to get to and easy parking. Beautiful and very clean office. Everyone was very friendly. A lot of patient education. Hygienist was very knowledge and skilled. Dentist was easy to talk with and friendly and knowable. Never felt pressured to do anything beyond what I went in for. Very seamless operation.
As a new patient, I had a terrific experience: friendly, informative staff, competent personnel at all levels, and Dr. Raven explained every option clearly. Contrary to other places, they provide information and options, not requests for you to buy more services you may not need.
I went in for an emergency pain appointment and all of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I was able to be seen quickly. The entire process was excellent considering the circumstances of my pain. I would recommend 100%
I love Dr. Raven, she is a gem. She’s done three of my fillings so far, and none of them have hurt or given me trouble. The office is clean, modern, and convenient because of the location.
