It was my first time going there my whole experience was good they really take great care of you 🫶🏽
I went to this dentist to get my teeth fixed. The staff were very nice but the dentist wanted to take so about 6 teeth out. She never cleaned my teeth and I needed cleaning. She referred me to an oral surgeon which I never went to. She did a root canal for a tooth and never explained the importance of a crown afterwards. I left her office got a second opinion and only had to get three teeth out. All other teeth were able to be fixed. I feel like she’s all for the dollar and not for the patient. I have been going to Smiles Dentistry for few years. Dr.E is very gentle and thorough. She helped me overcome my fears and take care of my teeth.
I recently went in for a routine cleaning, and it happened to fall during Ramadan, the month when Muslims fast from sunrise to sunset. The staff recognized me and asked if I was fasting, to which I responded yes. What really stood out to me was how thoughtful they were about it. Instead of using their usual equipment to rinse my mouth, the dental assistant handed me a cup of water.
