Today was my first visit to Pacific Crest Smiles and I was very impressed with the friendly atmosphere. I was greeted first by phone by a very warm and welcoming lady and then in person. Everyone in the office was smiling, cheerful and reassuring. Things were explained clearly and my questions answered. The office was very clean, other patients entering the office were quickly taken care of and everyone appeared very happy. I am looking forward to my follow-up visits.
Office and atmosphere were pleasant and staff friendly. Enjoyed meeting dentist. He told me what would need to be done and explained how it would all happen. Appreciated the attention and time given me.
