Absolutely phenomenal team. You can tell Dr. RICHARD is not there just for a paycheck. She goes above and beyond and out of her way to give the best care imaginable.
I hated going to the dentist. I never had good experiences, but Dr Mohammed Al-Kutbi was absolutely amazing. He continued to ask how I was doing throughout the procedure.The entire staff were compassionate and professional. During my appointment I had the pleasure of having Abbigale (sorry if I spelled it wrong), a student who was observing my procedure, at my side for comfort, which I appreciated. !!DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I am a new patient and this was only my second visit. I’ve had consistently excellent experiences with Dr. Al-Kutbi—he is highly skilled, takes pride in his work, and provides great care. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk staff has been the complete opposite. On multiple visits, I was not greeted upon arrival, and interactions felt dismissive and condescending rather than professional or welcoming.
