The staff take the time to explain procedures clearly and are always patient and professional. The clinic is clean, modern, and well organized, which gives you confidence in the care you receive. Overall, it’s a place where you feel respected and well looked after. I would definitely recommend Smiles Dental Docs to anyone looking for reliable dental care in the area.
Incompetent front office workers. They book appointments you don't make with them without telling you, and just today, will CANCEL appointments without informing the patient.
I have never had such a wonderful experience at any doctor, let alone a dentist. The hygienists and the doctors and the receptionists do not make you feel rushed. They listen to your concerns and are very thorough, very curious and meticulous. There is no ego here, just the desire to help you with your dental health and to help walk you through it. Dr. Mohammed Al-Kupti (Dr. Moe,) and hygienist Cadence were amazing.
Dr. Richard along with her entire team are so kind. Every one has a true passion for their work. They make it obvious that they care about the patients far beyond $. A special thanks to Jackie ( receptionist) today. I was dealing with a stressful situation but she was so attentive and understanding. She instantly made me feel heard and supported. Thank you! Great team & awesome service
