I've been a client for 5+ years today I go in for my appointment and they cancelled my appointment without notifying me I took time off work to go my appointment.

I went in for a scheduled appointment with Dr Richard on Oct 24.I was booked for a small filling on a lower tooth, but one of my upper front crowns cracked and fell off a week before. It was not painful or sensitive and my smile is such that it was rarely visible, so I asked to book a later appointment. Dr Richard and her Assistant, Veronique, INSISTED!! On doing both that day.
