The hygienist we seen was absolutely amazing with my very shy 5 year old. She had him talking and laughing by the end of the appointment.
Three separate appointments, all canceled on the day of with no apology. After canceling the first appointment, the office rescheduled me, then went on to cancel the remaining two as well. A total waste of my time. Patients are charged for canceling, yet the office faces no accountability. Unprofessional.
Smiles Dental Docs is a great clinic with a very friendly team. From the front desk to the dentists, everyone makes you feel welcome and comfortable. The staff take the time to explain procedures clearly and are always patient and professional. The clinic is clean, modern, and well organized, which gives you confidence in the care you receive. Overall, it’s a place where you feel respected and well looked after. I would definitely recommend Smiles Dental Docs to anyone looking for reliable dental care in the area.
Incompetent front office workers. They book appointments you don't make with them without telling you, and just today, will CANCEL appointments without informing the patient.
I have never had such a wonderful experience at any doctor, let alone a dentist. The hygienists and the doctors and the receptionists do not make you feel rushed. They listen to your concerns and are very thorough, very curious and meticulous. There is no ego here, just the desire to help you with your dental health and to help walk you through it. Dr. Mohammed Al-Kupti (Dr. Moe,) and hygienist Cadence were amazing.
