I phoned to get an urgent appointment only to be told they could do nothing for me and they very busy. I phoned another dentist who told me they had a duty of care to me and to ring back and say that. I did and all of a sudden they could see me! The girl at reception was so incredibly rude and there wasn’t a person there at all even though earlier they so busy! I wouldn’t recommend them at all and the girl with dark hair at desk is absolutely in the wrong job if that is her attitude to patients and people in pain
