Dr. Mary Trahar-Thomas is one of the most caring doctors I’ve ever met. She truly goes above and beyond to provide exceptional care, and her attention to detail is unmatched. It’s clear she genuinely values her patients and our time... as a mom, I just really appreciate that that's a priority for her. And her passion for helping families like mine really shines through in everything she does. Anyone fortunate enough to be treated at Smiles By The Bay is in the best hands!
We are established patients and have not had problems with scheduling appointments. The staff is nice enough, and the visits after the initial installation are at most 20 minutes.
This a very disgusting place!!! I wouldn’t waste my time trying to schedule with this perfect unforgivable people especially if you’re a parent with a real life and living in a real world! Just completely disgusting and they feel like because they are the only one in the area that excepts state insurance to help kids they can treat people as if they are God!! Just disgusting people!
When I say the absolute worse I mean THE absolute worst, their policy is terrible the workers, terrible they waste your time a lot making excuses for this and that they are the worst, there not even friendly, they were very rude on the phone and in person. The worst
