If you are a Maryland Healthy Smiles Dental Program participant, PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS PROVIDER! Dr. Trahar-Thomas charged me out of pocket for my braces after MHSDP denied coverage for it. COMAR 10.09.36.03D prohibits this! I was an oblivious 19-year-old when I first consulted with Dr. Trahar-Thomas, so I didn't know any better at that time.
