I am writing to share my recent experience regarding an appointment for my daughter, which I believe warrants your attention. After making an appointment, I traveled nearly an hour to your office, only to discover upon arrival that I was at the incorrect location. Drove 5 hours from NC, a special trip that was told to 2 receptionists! Drove 5 hours to go to this appointment! We go to the appointment early at the wrong office at 2pm in ANNAPOLIS then finally go to right office at our ALOTTED time of 3pm and Was told that they filled her spot!? Then told the dentist went home EARLY??? SO it's now 3:27 PM Noone is answering the office and answering machine says there closed. Office doesn't even close until 4pm!? Good luck to anyone that needs special accommodations! What a joke

I have called multiple times to get my child an appointment cause his wires are off his braces. The answer is always we do not have any openings. I offer to go to denton or kent Island and still nothing. I told them my child was in terrible pain cause the wire was cutting into the tissue of the inside of his check, they still wouldn't see us. Best Orthodontics office in the DMV!.....Short note: this is coming from a parent who got her helpless son terminated, due to several cancelled and late appointments. Smiles by the Bay Orthodontics always treated me & my son with respect & kindness. Although I didn't meet all of their staff, the ones I did, were pleasant. Bittersweet indeed, although my son was terminated and yes we were disappointed, however, they taught me a valuable lesson, which said I need to do better!....
