I had such a great experience with Sina. She was sweet, lovely, and welcoming and she was extremely thorough and constantly explained what she was doing throughout the process. She encouraged and answered questions, and provided tons of good information. She was also concerned about my comfort and always checked to make sure things were feeling ok as she was cleaning.
