Hello Team, I took my 5 years old son for a routine check-up today (05/18/2018) to your clinic but we had the worst experience ever. We were scheduled to get the examination done, as we had made our point clear that this is required from the school done but the staff was pushing us to get the X-ray and cleaning done as well. I am so sorry your son had this experience. He is such a sweet boy. We do treat children, even at the age of 4 like your son, but when we see that they get uncomfortable we refer them out to a child specialist. Every child is different, when we start seeing that the child is crying and having a bad experience we prefer not to continue because the child can be very scared of the dentist as an adult. I have been a Ortho patient since October 2016 and I must say I love this place!!!! I am always greeted with the best smiles and customer service as soon as I walk in the door by the front desk receptionist Aurea and Jessica. They always check me in and out in a timely manner so that I'm not sitting around all day. All their stafff is extremely nice and professional especially Dr. Roxana she loves what she does and is very patient when doing my adjustments. Everyone in the office is great !!! Always helpful trying to go out of their way to be there for the customer... I would mention Aurea I believe she's the office manager awesome person willing to help you in anyway she possibly can. I would definitely recommend Smiles by Roxane!!
