I have been a Ortho patient since October 2016 and I must say I love this place!!!! I am always greeted with the best smiles and customer service as soon as I walk in the door by the front desk receptionist Aurea and Jessica. They always check me in and out in a timely manner so that I'm not sitting around all day. All their stafff is extremely nice and professional especially Dr. Roxana she loves what she does and is very patient when doing my adjustments. Everyone in the office is great !!! Always helpful trying to go out of their way to be there for the customer... I would mention Aurea I believe she's the office manager awesome person willing to help you in anyway she possibly can. I would definitely recommend Smiles by Roxane!!
