I had my first appointment with Dr. Myles and staff in February and the experience was outstanding in every way! One of my top priorities in my health is having a great dentist that I can trust. All my former wonderful dentists have retired so I have been searching for a new dentist/practice that I can stay with for many years:ahead. Dr. Myles deserves every outstanding rating. This place is scam, tried to schedule a routine dental cleaning, asked multiple times if they were in-network provider, very poor communication. Scheduled appointment, NO cleaning was done as the policy says you have to take X-rays only and schedule a 2nd appointment for cleaning (weird, never heard of such policy, just a trap for money). TLDR, we ended up paying a high copay. Claudia Ramirez is not helpful answering the calls, needs more training on the job. VERY POOR experience!
