My husband and I went to this office to see Dr. A, she is great and her assistants are great. We felt cared for & everyone is friendly with AMAZING bedside manner. However, before receiving services Maddy (I think that’s her name) went over my treatment plan and told me my total & let me know my insurance was going to cover the rest. I was also told I had maxed out my benefits for the year after this visit & advised to come back next year to finish all the work I need done so insurance can cover. I was nervous, anxious and scared as only a child could be however, I'm a 70 year old man! Dr.Arsiwala and her assistant Laura were so caring, gentle, and loving that if I had been a child I couldn't have felt more safe! The 5 crowns combined with the two fillings were taken care of with the highest level of professionalism and expertise! I will always put my dental health care needs with these two loving individuals.
Laura did a great job - I appreciate how professional she was and how everything went so well.
