The front desk receptionist or whomever answers their phones is the most disgusting and rude person EVER! I had to reschedule my appointment because i wasnt sure i was ready to move forward and she had the audacity to tell me that im rescheduling because i cant afford it!! I spoke to the doctor and attempted to push it up the chain of command and everyone was just as rude if not more rude than her, all i did was ask to reschedule and ask about finance options to think it over.
