My review is based on the scheduling here. It’s been absolutely brutal through my whole treatment. First, it’s hard to get an appointment within any reasonable amount of time. If you can’t accommodate what they give you, or you need to reschedule, you’re waiting an additional handful of weeks or added months to your treatment. Next, and what ultimately prompted me to finally write this review, is the wait time when you do show up for your scheduled appointment. I would definitely recommend Smiles by design. Staff is always super friendly and helpful.
Dr.Sawhney and her staff are consistently professional, friendly and accomodating. My daughters and I appreciate Dr. Sawhney's thoroughness, her patience and willingness to answer any questions we have, and her superb level of expertise. The transformation of my daughter's smile after just 8 months is remarkable! We highly recommend Smiles By Design for orthodontic care.
