I had a fantastic experience at Smiles By Design. Dr Sawhney & staff are absolutely lovely and so professional! I finished my Invisalign treatment in the spring of 2024 and couldn’t be happier with the results. I had to do a lot of travelling during the 3 years of my treatment and would sometimes be away for several months at a time. Through all that, Dr Sawhney and her team were super accommodating which made everything very stress free! Highly recommend Smiles By Design for orthodontic care!
My review is based on the scheduling here. It’s been absolutely brutal through my whole treatment. First, it’s hard to get an appointment within any reasonable amount of time. If you can’t accommodate what they give you, or you need to reschedule, you’re waiting an additional handful of weeks or added months to your treatment. Next, and what ultimately prompted me to finally write this review, is the wait time when you do show up for your scheduled appointment. Dr.Sawhney and her staff are consistently professional, friendly and accomodating. My daughters and I appreciate Dr. Sawhney's thoroughness, her patience and willingness to answer any questions we have, and her superb level of expertise. The transformation of my daughter's smile after just 8 months is remarkable! We highly recommend Smiles By Design for orthodontic care.
