I was very impressed with everything at Smiles by Design! From being greeted by Ashley to being seen right away by Dr.Jessica Klein. Their office was clean and well kept. The staff were efficient and friendly. Dr. Klein took her time explaining my dental concerns and the next steps to address them. I had such a positive experience. I would like to see if the initial paperwork could be done on line prior to the patients visit to cut down having to fill out forms in the office. The only dentist I will ever want to go to. Front desk staff is phenomenal. Hygienists don’t make you want to sob your eyes out. Dentists are very patient and have a great bedside manner. One time I started crying for no reason and Dr. Klein was extremely nice about it. Erica is the best hygienist and Ashley should probably run for president.
Very professional staff. Fully transparent with everything and very welcoming. Definitely recommended
