Long story short- I am having to have 4 fillings redone because they were not done correctly at Smiles by Design. Long story- I visited this dentist after years of neglecting my teeth, so I had quite a few fillings to do. Dr. Lisa Davis did four fillings. I was pregnant when they were filled and they assured me it was ok. I went back to get a few remaining cavities filled. I have been coming to this place for a few years but lately they have gotten worse. I can never get a call back, I’ve had to reschedule multiple appointments, there’s been times when I’ve came in for an appointment and they say I’m not scheduled, and they have canceled appointments without contacting me. This has been very frustrating. I’ve had to go in person to talk to them and they don’t seem to care or offer any kind of explanation as to what happened. I will be finding a new dentist.

I visited this in-network dentist for a cleaning in Nov 2025. I received a bill in April 2026 for almost $500. I have contacted them repetitively via phone, e-mail, text and their website requesting an itemized bill. In July 2026, my bill was suddenly changed to around $100 but no one from the office contacted me to apologize, explain or provide the itemized bill that I requested over 10x.
