Had counseltation with office for implants. Was ready to get it done but could not get a call back from office manager. Called 5 times in a month and all I got was she will call me back. So I found a better location for less

I had a very disappointing experience with 10 Day Smiles (also known as Smiles by Design) in Coppell, TX. I originally chose this office for cosmetic veneers and was excited to work with the team. I even paid in full on the first visit due to them running a special. What I thought would be an amazing experience turned out to be a nightmare. My temp veneers after the first prep were hideous! I was assigned to this facility by the VA. I’ve probably driven by it a thousand times and never realized it was there. When I arrived, I met with the calm atmosphere of the waiting area and the friendliness of the staff. Like most people, I don’t particularly enjoy going to the dentist, but Dr. Abazie introduced himself, took the time to listen, and immediately put me at ease. This is the best dentist I’ve had. Wonderful bedside manner, extremely knowledgeable, takes time to explain so I know exactly what’s happening. I’m so thankful Dr. Abazie is my dentist. I’ve had health issues in the past that affect my teeth, Dr. Abazie does all he can to make sure my dental health is on point.
