The Smiles by Design team do a great job and are very professional. I appreciated the emphasis on communication, it makes it very easy to keep up with appointment dates. Also the Dental Hygeine staff and Doctor Michelle Phillips do a great job of communicating during cleanings and repairs, which help me to feel comfortable as a patient. Doctor Phillips is thoughtful of her patients comfort during work and made sure that i was satisfied with the filling that was replaced. Schedules my daughter for a filling due to a chipped tooth. Staff was welcoming. My daughter is 7 and felt very comfortable. Dr Phillips was very patient and took her time. My daughter even asked to come back! Highly recommend.
Had some dental work done this morning and felt no pain. Dr. Phillips and her staff are great. Friendly and do whatever they can to make the experience the best it can be.
