We have been patients at Smiles by Design since 2016. We always enjoyed the staff and the friendly feel of the office. This last appointment yesterday however was a different experience. There have been so many staff changes that have affected the “feel” of the office. The office manager was very welcoming but the office has a transient feeling. Never heard of them, never went here, never signed up for anything, and yet they sent me a text message asking to schedule an appointment. Nope.
Crown came off and it was replaced next day with short notice
