Crown preparation.
Ten Stars. A molar flaked off over the long weekend. Was seen at 0700 the next business day. The new doc, Dr. Woo, and the new dental assistant, Amy, quickly identified that the flake was in a crown, will not pose a risk of imminent breakage, and polished off the roughness. Dr. Woo also found a loose crown and tightened it. All good. The 'machine', staffed with pleasant people, hums smoothly even when their leader, Dr. Le, is at play. Months later, a crown failed. New crown installed. no charge. Have been with them 15 years.
I have been going to Dr. Le and her team for years. She is fabulous and so are her dental hygienists and front office staff. My most recent appointment was thorough and an overall outstanding experience. All very good. Very professional. I travel to her office from Arlington and it is worth it. Would give extra stars if I could. My favorite practice by far!
