We have been utilising the services of Smiles All Round Naracoorte for approximately 4 years now. All the staff have been professional, polite, courteous, friendly, warm & caring. We've always felt welcomed, listened to & cared about. Their desire to really try to help children & families is abundantly obvious. All of the staff at Smiles All Round have been fantastic to work with. An absolute wealth of knowledge and their way of approaching mental health practices in a kid friendly manner is second to none. We have all benefited from your services.
Mandy Clarke, and staff at Smiles all round in my experience are extremely unprofessional. Don't bother trying to give feedback or wait for a call back. A massive waste of my time and energy.
