I’ve brought my kids here for cleanings, work and my son even did surgery with one of the dentists from here. I haven’t had any issues with any of the staff, they’re all friendly and helpful. I also don’t feel like the dentist push extra treatments to make more money, as I’ve experienced with other places in the past. Will continue bringing my kids here.
Terrible experience! Staff told my daughter the procedure involved with having a cap placed on her tooth would “not hurt.” They did not suggest I give her anything prior to the appt such as Tylenol nor did they give me any aftercare education or instructions. My child was in excruciating pain leaving the building, almost immediately after coming off the laughing gas. She had blood dribbling out of her mouth, they just gave us a paper towel and sent us on our way. My daughter has horrible anxiety related to the dentist now. S... read more
Thank you Smiles 4 kids! Took my 3 yr old to Nampa smiles for kids for the first time this morning to get a cavity checked out. They had fun toys and games in the reception area that got him excited to be there. Very calm and cheerful environment to put kids at ease. The nurses and dentists were all very friendly and made my son feel comfortable and unafraid. They were able to check out and treat his cavity all in one appointment. All staff were very kind and welcoming. Dr. Harward did a great job of making our daughter feel comfortable and the procedure went very smoothly.
Best dentist office i have ever been to for my kids. All of the staff here is absolutely amazing and super knowledgeable and sweet
