This place does not care they only care about collecting the money they genuinely don’t care about your smile and they don’t care about any financial issues. They want you to make sure you pay and if you don’t, they don’t care about you not being able to pay they will literally not reach out to you to figure out if there’s anything wrong or work with you. They only care about the money.

Every appointment i have to wait 40+ minutes just to be attended Wasting my time i have things to do!!!!! Then they constantly send reminders to be on time 🤦‍♂️

The wait times are unacceptable. If you schedule an appointment for a specific time, I expect my child to be seen reasonably close to that time. Instead, we have repeatedly waited 30+ minutes just to be seen. This isn’t a one-time issue or an unusually busy day—it has become a pattern. I understand that appointments can occasionally run behind, but consistently making families wait 30 minutes or more is disrespectful of our time. I was helped by Ashley getting my braces done for the first time was surprisingly the most easiest comfortable thing ever I almost fell asleep they where super gentle and super fast I loved every step thanks Ashley and the Team !!!
