Got my teeth cleaned here, and to be honest, my teeth feel so clean that my mouth is like a detailed car. The nurse was super nice too! They did not give me any shame or flack for not being familiar with how to properly floss. They were super patient as well with any questions I had :)
Scheduled appointment and got multiple texts confirming appointment. So I show up and the door is locked. I called and asked them if they were closed and the receptionist said "Let me check." Huh? Pretty sure their receptionist was outsourced. Sketchy as hell.
Made an appointment for Fri Nov 10. They confirmed via email on Oct 25, via text on Oct 27, Nov 8, and the morning of, and called me on Nov 8 to get my insurance info. I show up for my appt and the office is locked. The rep on the call line tells me that office is closed on Friday. How in the world are you going to confirm with me 5 times for an appointment on a day your office isn't open??? If I no-showed, you'd charge me for missing my appointment.
