I am very disappointed with the service (or lack thereof) from Smilen Windows. I purchased a Groupon for window cleaning (20 windows, single-family home) and scheduled a service for Friday, December 20, 2024, at 9:00 AM. Unfortunately, the technician never showed up, nor did I receive any call or update. I tried contacting the company, but my call went straight to voicemail with no response. No show--the appointment time they gave the first time was suppose to be a window--the text said 9:00am! Could not wait any longer on the first appointment made another appointment for an 8:00-11:00 on another day --they were a no show and no returned phone call or text!!! Do Not waste your time!!!
This company did not show up three times in a row. A complete waste of time. They also do not return phone calls. Would give negative 5 stars if I could. The first two times they canceled (automated text) one hour before the appt which I made a week out!! The third time, no cancellation and no show! As bad as it gets.
Called to book an appointment directly, ended up texting as voicemail is full. End result after confirming: No show TWICE. Was booked a third time today, Dec. 1st as per his scheduled “availability.” Texted to confirm show time last night, no answer. Texted this am to find out if he was going to show & again, no answer. Third strike, ur “out.” I cannot & do not recommend this business (although he has done a window cleaning in the past & did a good job). I wish I could give him 10 Stars. FABULOUS job and easy to work with. The scheduling is fully online. Voicemail allows SMS, website is easy and the appointment is automatically confirmed. All businesses should run this smoothly. Terrific guy. Totally recommend this company. RAVING.
