The doctor is nice. However, the receptionist and staff are the rudest and most useless staff there is. Extremely rude every single time, never smile, act like you’re an inconvenience to them every time, and pick up the phone horribly. The worst staff I have EVER seen in a medical office.
This place has potential but between the poor customer service and the Dr's lack of time management, it makes the overall experience like going to the Dollar Tree vs. Whole Foods or Trader Joes.
I’ve been to Smilen eye care more than a few times! My appointments are always easy going and the staff is very welcoming.
This is my go to eye care spot in Stamford. My appointments are always on time and quick. The doctor is very friendly and speaks Spanish as well. The staff there is a great group of girls. Will continue to go there for all my eye are needs.
At smiling eyecare. I get the best service. I get my eyes checked thoroughly. I never leave there unhappy between the ladies in the front and doctor smiling, it's definitely a wonderful visit. The ladies are very passionate. The doctor is extremely Passionate to the patients, he gives each patient the time that they need.Thank you to the ladies and the doctor.
