I'll leave a five star review based solely on the fact of a few phone calls with Alexis! She was amazing to deal with. So patient and understanding and great recommendations. Such a gem of an employee thank you again girl.
Avoid this dental office. After 7 years of orthodontic treatment, I went for my upper retainer, which was part of my original braces package. The receptionist had confirmed no extra charges would apply, but when I arrived, I was asked to pay $300 plus an exam fee. When I mentioned the prior confirmation, the doctor dismissed me, saying I had no proof. The doctor is rude, unempathetic, and clearly more focused on money than patients. The historic building is not wheelchair or stroller accessible (not the clinic's fault though but good to know). It was an absolute nightmare getting the stroller in and out. This restriction wasn't mentioned in any communications with me prior to my first appointment. Dr. Cohen was impatient and condescending when answering my questions. I have been a long-time patient at Smileline Orthodontics, with all three of my children receiving treatment from Dr. Warren over the past several years. My two eldest children have completed their orthodontic treatment, and my youngest is currently midway through his. I was extremely surprised and disappointed to recently receive a notice from a collections agency for a $75 charge related to two missed appointments—allegedly tied to my eldest child’s treatment, which ended nearly three years ago.
