Today we waited 55 min in the waiting area. When we finally saw the orthodontist, he decided she needed her top braces repositioned which would be another hour. While I was grateful to not have to schedule another appointment for the process, it made for a very long day at the office that I wasn’t planning on. I do feel like the intentions are good and that we will be happy with the end result but all of the wait time is very frustrating.
I walked in to inquire about braces and actually walked out with braces! From registration to a consult, to paperwork, to getting the procedure done took less than two hours. Everyone was nice and professional; they answered every question I had, including the silly ones. The nice consultant and the lady who did my procedure were super nice and fast. The Doctor was very informative as well. So happy I went there.
