Had an appointment for 10am and didn't get called in until 11:40am, horrible experience, once we get in we still have to wait 30min
A dentist drilled holes in two of my teeth without my consent or ever asking me. When I went back and complained, they said it wasn't true because it wasn't in the records. Now they're trying to get me to get a root canal and crown in both teeth because of a cavity and decay forming because of a problem they say they didn't create. I was referred to incorrect oral surgeons as well, having to go from place to place for no reason. They do not know how to deal with anxious patients, just telling me "calm down" won't help.
