Strike 1: Original appointment proponed till yesterday. Strike 2: Asked for information at front Desk and then gave me redundant and unnecessary paperwork to fill out. 8 pages Strike 3: I was 10-15 minutes early and you keep me waiting 30 additional minutes in WR Strike 4: I was led to a room and told I needed X rays. I was just in 2 months ago and had full X rays. You make me fill out a ton of paper work but don't even look at you own notes and dates. I'm guessing that is about billing. Very low care of service. almost never answer phone. Never got call back from messages
This is the worst dental office I have ever been to ..the management dont have a clue ..i had a tooth prepped for a crown..the next day i went in to have my teeth cleaned and my temp crown had fallen off .i was told that no other doctor in that office can put my temp back on that i would have to wait till the doctor who did the crown was the only doctor allowed to put it back on .. They were going to send me home with nothing covering my prepped tooth...I had a very nice extended asst ..help me with my temp..you cannot get... read more
This place has the worst customer service i have ever experienced at a dentist. I had an appointment once that was after work during the week. They call me a couple days before my appointment to inform me that they changed their office hours and cannot see me that day. I was not mad until i tried to reschedule this appointment and they told me i had to wait 2 months. This is not an uncommon occurence at this dentist though.
