I am sooo thankful for Smileie! My smile is soooooo bad much better and it was sooo easy to use. I never wanted to get braces and the clear aligners were the perfect alternative. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
Smile is has not been a good experience. At first they were very responsive and sent the impressions box very fast. The treatment plan took so long for them to create and I kept having to ask for changes due to concern over my back teeth messing up my front teeth after treatment. Their 3D model did not have my bottom and top teeth aligned correctly so if I would have gone with their plan, it would have been moving teeth forward that don’t have room to. I did smileie almost a year ago. It was only to move a single tooth some. I finished the protocol and the tooth never quite lined up. I actually wore the last aligner for longer than recommended to try to help. I have worn my retainers every night and sometimes in the day. That tooth moves slightly out again every single day bc the other teeth do not give it quite enough space. Its so close to being okay, but just not.
