I did smileie almost a year ago. It was only to move a single tooth some. I finished the protocol and the tooth never quite lined up. I actually wore the last aligner for longer than recommended to try to help. I have worn my retainers every night and sometimes in the day. I had a really positive experience with Smile. Their customer service has been excellent. There are aspects that were difficult (getting the impressions, figuring out how to get the aligners to work into position) but they help you through that process. Very happy with my result. For simple cases like mine, this company makes a lot of sense.
I have no idea how this company has so many good reviews but my bet is they are fake! I went through the whole horrible process to get aligners and did everything as I was instructed for 6 months only to have horrible results. I even went to my dentist and he told me to stop wearing the retainers immediately because they were actually holding my teeth in a position that was causing one of my top teeth to hit my bottom teeth in a way that was making the top front tooth loose!
