Dr Katherine is fantastic. There is a reason why she went into this line of dentistry and it’s to work on the young. She truly takes the time to make her patients feel calm, safe and connected all while always using a tone of voice that instills trust with her and the child. My sons have been seeing Dr Katherine Ngu for nearly 10 years. She is a competent dentist and has a great bedside manner. She has a fantastic team of staff supporting her. Highly recommend!
Dr Katherine Ngu was a wonderful dentist for both my children, from toddlers to adulthood. She has immense knowledge, skill and sensitivity and has dealt professionally with routine visits as well as an emergency appointment due to a dental trauma. We continued to consult with Smilegroup even when we moved five hours away! Thank you for everything, Katherine.
I was left disgusted by this company. We had an appointment 12/8/25 at 10.20am. We travelled an hour and a half in peak hour traffic. Our son had the day off school to attend. we arrived at 10am, walked in at 10.10am. There was 2 people waiting before us, they were seen to and left. A father and his son come in, new patient just like us. Then a Lady and her teenage son came in. Dr Katherine Ngu and Dr Martin Chau are absolutely amazing Drs. When you have such a small child needing to be put under anaesthesia, it's the scariest thing in the world, but having Dr Katherine being so empathetic and professional, really helps in having full trust that your child is in the best possible hands.
