This place is a scam. I was delivered an impression kit, completed the impressions and sent them back to Smilegenics. I have never heard back from them since. I have contacted their customer info email upwards of 5 times to figure out what has happened with no response. Why would they take my impressions and never get back to me? Odd. Beware!
Excellent customer services, prompt responses to all queries. Clear and easy instructions to follow. A friend recommended me this company, so, I checked their website and compared prices, honestly, really good choice. Kit arrived on time, high quality materials, I’m impressed so looking forward to the outcome and my perfect smile.
The website is very organized, you can do everything by just following the instructions. kit has arrived quite so fast, talking about the kit, it is very neat and has all the requirements in, and when I needed support, customer service is on the spot and gives the right answer at the first attempt. I have completed the treatment plan phase and waiting the aligners. will keep updating the progress.
Spoke to the sales team in Melbourne, very quick response and provided an excellent demo. The price is very reasonable for such a high tech product for dental alignment. Highly recommended, super easy to use.
Browsing around the website for a company that were within my budget, found this company which seem new then decided to contact them via form . They text me to arrange a call which what really sold me to get my new smile from them. The customer service was excellent, very informative and cost me only 10$ to start the process. The reason that I am giving 5 starts for their efficiency to answer me straight away and impeccable interaction over the phone plus the price was the most affordable I could find around (500$ discount).... read more
