I had dental fillings done today at SmileCrafters in Ancaster and had a great experience. Dr. Hassan was very knowledgeable, professional, and respectful throughout the visit. Everything went smoothly and I felt well taken care of. Highly recommend!
I was a patient here for quite some time however, this clinic is an absolute money grab. While the staff are nice, it is only a cover up to literally steal from you. Prior to ANY procedure I had done, I asked to ensure that it is covered by my insurance. I am a student and in no way able to pay out of pocket. Apparently, it was ensured that my insurance had gone through and covered my procedures, and I paid 10% (my insurance covers 90%) at my appointment. Amazing service! I always have a great experience at this dental office. The staff was welcoming, and the dentist always takes the time to explain everything clearly, which really helps me feel at ease. The visits always go smooth, professional, and surprisingly comfortable. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a reliable and caring dentist!
