My experience with Smilecare has been nothing but extraordinary. From the moment you walk into the office, you are presented with a welcoming smile and and a notion that you will be taken care of. Joyce is awesome at understanding your dental needs and also explains your dental coverage before you are greeted by their amazing assistants. My sister had an appointment today and the front desk person named Joyce was very rude and condescending! Never has anyone been that rude since the 5 years my family has been going there! She gave a horrible explanation as to why my sister couldn’t get what we made the appointment for. It was very frustrating when all we had questions about was why was the appointment scheduled for what we asked when they knew it couldn’t happen today.
